Pricing and Errors

We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors and to cancel or refuse orders placed at an incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent. If we cancel such an order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but is not acceptance. Our acceptance occurs when we ship the order or send a separate acceptance notice. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

Payment

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including shipping and applicable tax. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

If a payment is declined, reversed, or disputed without a valid basis, we may suspend fulfillment and recover amounts owed, including reasonable costs of collection where permitted by law.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

We ship only within the United States. Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. This does not limit any rights you may have under our Refund and Returns Policy or applicable consumer law.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, items must be unused and in original packaging, and the buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, design, and software, is owned by Dervani Crest LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
